TERMS OF REFERENCE QUEENSLAND REGIONAL ROADS INTERIM WORKING GROUP ROLE/PURPOSE The role of the Interim Working Group (IWG) is to undertake initial work to establish a platform for a coordinated stakeholder approach to a
