LOCAL RULES TO BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RULES OF GOLF 1. OUT OF BOUNDS A ball is out of bounds if it lies beyond any boundary fence and/or white stakes with black tops or in or beyond the river adjacent to the co
