DR. GERALD R. MACK, 2014 LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD RECIPIENT BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH Dr. Gerald R. Mack began his conducting career in his home town of Rochester, N.Y. when, at the age of 18, he organized a male chorus call
