CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS MISSISSIPPI COAST AUDUBON SOCIETY CONSTITUTION *ARTICLE I: NAME This organization shall be known as the Mississippi Coast Audubon Society. *ARTICLE II: PURPOSE
