BYLAWS CHARLOTTE QUILTERS’ GUILD ARTICLE I. CORPORATE NAME The name of this corporation is “CHARLOTTE QUILTERS’ GUILD” (the “Guild”), and it is incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolina as a
