Kay Brook - Green Hills Swim Club By-Laws ARTICLE I - NAME This corporation shall be known as the Kay Brook - Green Hills Swim Club, a non-profit Pennsylvania Corporation. ARTICLE II - PURPOSES The purposes of the Club s
