                    40RNAi by feeding 2  Steps 1. Transform L4440-XX plasmid into HT115 (DE3) bacteria – plate on LB/amp/tet 2. Inoculate 50 ml LB/amp/tet w. 0.5 ml O/N culture or directly from plate 3. Grow at 37°C until OD600 reaches 0.4

                    RNAi by feeding 2 Steps 1. Transform L4440-XX plasmid into HT115 (DE3) bacteria – plate on LB/amp/tet 2. Inoculate 50 ml LB/amp/tet w. 0.5 ml O/N culture or directly from plate 3. Grow at 37°C until OD600 reaches 0.4
